FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making corneal paracentesis. The anterior chamber is filled with viscoelastic material. Circular capsulorhexis of the anterior chamber of the eye lens is carried out. Irrigation cannula is introduced through the corneal paracentesis and hydrosection and hydrodelineation is performed. Liquid flow spontaneously exits via the corneal paracentesis. Eye lens nucleus is rotated. Double irrigation into the vitreous cavity and into capsular sack is applied for removing the eye lens and the vitreous body through the flat part of the ciliary body. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications; improved vision function.
