FIELD: concentration of minerals; automatic control of iron ore magnetic concentration process. SUBSTANCE: signals from outputs of finished class and iron analyzer are furnished to first difference computer unit. According to results of comparison of logical product with preset threshold level, weight coefficients are changed over in unit in sliding window of weighed average magnitudes of content of finished class and iron in concentrate. Then, positive and negative outliers of content of finished class and iron in concentrate are selected and average amplitudes of signals and their quotient proportional to gain factor in channel: content of finished class- content of iron in concentrate are calculated. Predicted magnitudes of content of finished class and iron in concentrate and required ore productivity are calculated by means of said gain factor. EFFECT: enhanced automatic control due to adaptable regulation of characteristics and parameters of technological process. 1 dwg
