SUBSTANCE: centrifugal mill has tubular milling chamber 1 with milling members, charging neck 4 and discharging neck 5. The chamber is installed on carrier and is provided with hollow cylinder 6, which is placed coaxial with the chamber and secured in end face flanges. Inner space of the chamber is divided into sections by diaphragms 0.80 to 0.95 of the inner diameter of the chamber. The discharging neck of the chamber is made in the form of truncated cone and is fitted with discharging branch pipe 14. The first section of the cylinder as counted in the direction of material flow is provided with holes. Mounted inside the cylinder in the plane of the first disk is diaphragm with hole.
