FIELD: pigments, paint and varnish industry. SUBSTANCE: vehicle and painting substance are treated together in vibration-type mixer in the presence of milling bodies for 5-20 min. Indicated components are fed to mixer by turn as three flows in three equidistant parts (30-35% of required mass of each component). The the obtained activated mixture is fed to vibration-centrifugal mill and treated its for 0.5-3 min. Product can be used in paint and varnish industry, building industry, for production of ceramics and color cements. EFFECT: simplified method, decreased energy consumption, improved quality of pigments. 2 tbl
