SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulverizing mills. It can be used in different industries where pulverization and atomization, homogenization and mixing of different materials is required. Proposed multiple-compartment mill-mixer has housing in form of vertically orientated cylindrical container with charging and discharge devices divided by diaphragms into chambers with grinding bodies and secured in support platform suspended on flexible ties and connected with drive. Perforated conical rings with lower base pointed downwards are arranged together with grinding bodies in mill chambers, alternately, in every other chamber, starting from first chamber and coaxially to cylindrical container. Angle of tilting of generatrices of conical rings to vertical axis is chosen from 15 to 45 degrees. Slots to pass material with summary area not less than half of ring area formed by lower base of cone and wall of cylindrical container are made in lower diaphragms of chambers with conical rings from outer side of rings. Slots are uniformly distributed over surface of ring. Perforated cylinders are arranged between diaphragms of other chambers, starting from second one, alternately, in every other chamber from to bottom, coaxially with container. Ratio of diameters and heights of cylinders is within 0.5:1 and 5:1. Ratios of diameters and heights of chambers are within 4:1 and 12:1. Perforation in conical rings and cylinders in each chamber is made in form of round holes arranged starting from top to level of 1/3 to ¼ if chamber height, with diameter within 0.4 and 0.8 of average diameter of grinding bodies in corresponding chamber and arranged uniformly over circumference of surfaces of cones and cylinders in closed rows with center-to center distance chosen from 1.5 to 2.5 diameter of holes corresponding to inner diameter of cylinders are made in diaphragms on which cylinders rest.
EFFECT: improved quality of milled product, reduced power consumption, improved reliability of mill in operation.
