FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: cement-sand slurry is prepared in two steps: cement is first ground for 25-40 min together with superplasticizer and 10 to 25% of the total amount of sand to give meal that is then tempered for 10-15 min. After than, the rest of sand and a dyestuff are added and resulting slurry is stirred. The slurry is further subjected to external vibration in cartridges for 1-3 min and half-finished product is subjected to thermomoist treatment. EFFECT: reduced mass of tile. 1 tbl, 3 ex
