FIELD: optical detection of material components. SUBSTANCE: given method is realized in device which incorporates optically matched sensor layer located on transparent substrate with attached material component, source of coherent luminous radiation, matrix photodetector and beam-splitting element. Device is fitted in addition with thin partially transmitting layer scattering or absorbing energy of electric field of standing wave which thickness is under λ/2, where λ is length of wave of luminous radiation, and positioned with inclination between transparent substrate and source of coherent luminous radiation at angle θ established from relation sinθ = λ/2d, where θ is angle included between thin partially transmitting layer and wave front of light wave, d is period of interference bands and sensor layer has thickness not more than λ/4. Sensor layer with attached material component is subjected to effect of standing light wave, system of interference bands is formed and projected through beam-splitting element on to matrix photodetector. EFFECT: opportunity to conduct multichannel optical detection under real time mode, increased number of detected channels thanks to utilization of information potential of standing light wave. 4 cl, 3 dwg
