FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is related to specialized computer installations which study automatic control systems and are designed for experimental establishment of frequency characteristics of automatic systems and facilities. Device can be employed for development and adjustment of power supply systems incorporating complex adjustable power supply sources and users which are automatic control systems intended to study their dynamic properties under real operating conditions. Device establishing frequency characteristics of automatic control systems has controllable load, measurement shunt, switch. First lead of controllable load is connected to terminal for connection of user, another terminal for connection of user is connected to one lead of shunt and to second immobile contact of switch. Device also has command-computing unit based on personal computer that includes rectangular voltage generator, first and second amplifiers with controlled gain factor, analog-to- digital converter, module of discrete control and timer. Rectangular voltage generator is connected to controlling input of analog-to-digital converter and to controlling input of module of discrete control and through timer to controlling input of controllable load which second lead is connected to mobile contact of switch. First immobile contact of it is connected to another lead of shunt and to terminal for connection of power supply source. Another terminal for connection of source is connected through resistor to first lead of controllable load. Measurement leads of shunt are connected to first and second inputs of first amplifier with controllable gain factor. First and second inputs of second amplifier with controllable gain factor are connected with corresponding terminals to leads of source of leads of user. Third inputs of amplifiers with controllable gain factor are connected to proper outputs of module of discrete control and their outputs are connected to corresponding inputs of analog-to-digital converter which output is output of device. Practical utilization of described device makes it feasible to study and match frequency characteristics of converters and subsystems incorporated in complex power complexes such as power supply systems of independent objects. Usage of proposed device enables efficiency of studies and quality of development of automatic control devices and systems based on them to be increased which is technical result of invention.
