SYSTEM FOR DC POWER DISTRIBUTION FROM COMMON- SOURCE BUSES Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2201645 C1

FIELD: high-precision automatic-control systems supplied with power from common voltage source buses. SUBSTANCE: dc power distribution system fed from common source buses has switches mounted on common source buses that function as static voltage-to-current converter and those installed at terminal end of power transmission line, as static current-to-voltage converter in the form of parallel transistor switch connected to pulse-width modulator with filter capacitor at output; diode is connected between transistor switch and capacitor filter in forward direction to eliminate voltage return to power line from power user. Proposed design makes it possible to ensure desired voltage across user terminals other than voltage across common source dispensing with special secondary converter. EFFECT: provision for noise-free power circuits; reduced sectional area of conductors in each transmission line. 3 dwg
