FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making stomach resection of Billroth-I type. The duodenum is sutured below cicatricial ulcerated deformity using linear sewing apparatus. Excessive portions of anterior intestinal wall are formed by axially rotating the sewing apparatus by 60-90 deg. The stomach is sutured along resection line on the whole diameter length in the like way with excessive portion of its anterior wall being formed. The anterior walls of the stomach- and duodenum stumps are adapted by putting in seroserous sutures above the mechanical suture lines. Branches of the linear sewing apparatus are introduced through openings in anterior walls of the organs to be anastomosed. The walls are sutured with anastomosis being created. Defects are sutured in the sewing apparatus branches introduction area. EFFECT: retained natural food passage mechanism. 2 cl, 7 dwg
