FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two identical spherical bodies (balls) in each of two embodiments of the invention. External surfaces of a spherical body have two conducting segments and dielectric layer disposed between them. The segments in the first embodiment are connected to each other by means of conductor mounted inside of the spherical body. The external surfaces of each spherical body segment contain different metal microelements and different electrode potential values. The external surfaces of the four segments contain in particular cases four different metal microelements. The second embodiment differs from the first one in autonomous electromotive force source of 1.5-4.5 V connected to internal surfaces of the conducting segments being available inside of each spherical body.
