SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative medicine, and can be used for complex cognitive rehabilitation of older generation. Performing a group exercise consisting of four stages: warm-up, intellectual, physical and psycho-emotional. At the same time at the warm-up stage exercises of wrist exercises, exercises for cerebral circulation stimulation, exercises for neck are performed. Smart tasks are performed at intellectual stage. At the physical stage, exercises are performed to increase the heart rate - group dance and dexterity exercises, exercises for developing balance and exercises with a stick, as well as exercises on kinesiology. Psychoemotional stage involves participation in games influencing the creation of a positive emotional mood. Stages of the session: warm-up, intellectual, physical and psychoemotional are divided in ratio of 5 %:30 %:35 %:30 % of the total length of the session.

EFFECT: method provides improvement of cognitive functions, such as: development of both cerebral hemispheres, development of fine motility, memory process, storage and extraction of information, process of attention and concentration retention, development of speech apparatus and volume vision, physical activity (aerobic load) and emotional-psychological self-programming, high active socialization of participants by engaging and influencing the individual through the mechanisms of a small social group, providing a significant increase in the speed of arithmetic actions, enlarging linguistic capabilities, developing attention, dexterity and speed of reaction, maintaining an active lifestyle both in terms of physical, and in part of mental longevity for people older than 50 years due to a complex of the most significant stages of the group form of occupations.
