FILTER FOR CLEANING OIL (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: filtering oils used in internal combustion engines of motor vehicles, tractors and aircrafts. SUBSTANCE: filter includes housing, lid, filtering member with by-passing and drainage preventing valves, filtering member of by-passing valve, spring, slit ring placed in annular groove of housing near its end edge. Lid of outer cylindrical surface includes at least one annular groove with sealing gasket and step engaging with slit locking ring. In other variant of invention filter has no slit ring and step but it has flange near its end edge; said flange is directed inside housing. Lid of outer cylindrical surface includes at least one annular groove with sealing gasket and outer end surface engaging with flange of housing. EFFECT: reliable sealed joint of housing and lid, simplified assembling-disassembling procedures, possibility for automating process of filter recovery, increased useful life period of engine. 6 cl, 5 dwg
