FIELD: aircraft industry; ship-building industry; oil-producing industry; gas-producing industry; other industries; public health; medicine; production of the combined filtering component used in the oil filters of the combustion engines, compressors, hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for filtration and may be used in the oil filters of the combustion engines, the compressors, the hydraulic systems. The combined filtering component consists of two filtering elements arranged one above other with the filtrating blinds having the different engineering characteristics. In the place of coupling of the covers of the filtering elements there is the pipe or the partition dividing the stream of the purified oil. The second filtering element contains the synthetic volume-capillary filtrating blind, which has been made out of the texturized thread by means of its winding with the variable-force and has the more lower productivity and the lower degree of filtration and the much higher pollution capacity than the blind of the first filtering element. The technical result of the invention is the increased quality of filtration, the service life of the combined filtering component, its efficiency and the reduced its prime cost.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased quality of filtration, the service life of the combined filtering component, its efficiency and the reduced its prime cost.
