SUBSTANCE: filter comprises housing provided with the bottom connected with a lid, main filtering member, by-pass valve, filtering member of the by-pass valve, and spring mounted inside the housing. The values of thickness of the housing bottom and a part of the cylindrical section of the filter housing from the face edge are the same. The remainder part of the cylindrical section of the filter housing is 0.2-0.9 of the thickness of the housing bottom.
