FIELD: production of thermoplastic container. SUBSTANCE: device designed for blowing hollow plastic articles contains several pairs of relatively connected semimoulds made for opening and closing and connected with corresponding rotating device of turret type carrying semimoulds. It is provided also with extracting device designed for taking out ready article from corresponding pair of semimoulds after opening of the latter, and opening and closing mechanism designed for closing the semimoulds after their passing through zone of action of blank feed mechanism and opening before getting into zone of action of ready articles extraction mechanism. Pairs of semimoulds in articles extraction mechanism consist of fixed semimould and movable semimould which can be opened and closed relative to fixed semimould. Fixed semimoulds should be preferably connected with turret- type rotating device and arranged in practically vertical position. Corresponding movable semimoulds can be closed by turning around horizontal axle of rotation. Opening and closing mechanism of each movable semimould contains lever of the first order and lever of the third order, turret-type rotating device rigidly connected with fixed semimoulds, connecting link coupling point of counteraction of lever of the first order with point of action of lever of the third order, points of counteraction and action are hinge coupled with opposite ends of connecting link. Mechanism contains also drive link provided with two ends one of which is connected with point of action of action of lever of the first order, points of supports of levers of the first and third order are hinge-connected with corresponding separate points of turret-type rotating device rigidly coupled with fixed semimoulds.
