FIELD: chemical industry; production of polyethyleneterephthalate containers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, production of polyethyleneterephthalate containers, in particular, to production of plastic bottles, which includes a stage, on which the corresponding billets are removed from their forms, and a stage, on which the indicated billets are transferred to the units of temperature conditioning for a preset duration. The method has a stage, on which a stream of the melted plastic mass is fed in a set of the forms containing a set of forming cavities for production of cylindrical billets having a shaft. The billets are removed from the corresponding forms and transported into the single place units of temperature conditioning for each billet. The billets are kept in these units during a preset time. Then the billets are conveyed into corresponding blow forms, where they are formed by blowing for production of hollow items. At the billets curing in the units they are subjected to the process of an asymmetric thermal treatment. The stage of blow forming contains the following stages: a billet is placed into the corresponding form of the blowing form; a take-up rod is inserted inside the billet until it near comes in a contact with the bottom of the billet, however without a touch with it. A take-up counter-rod, which is placed on the same shaft with the take-up rod, is brought to the billets from its outer side up to the point, in which the end part of the counter-rod comes into immediate proximity to that part of the bottom of the billet, which is on the opposite side in respect to the take-up rod. The Billet is finally formed by blowing, and the counter-rod is simultaneously moved forward so, that the former is forced to press on the bottom-zone of the billet. The billet in its turn can push the end part of the counter-rod in a direction of exit from the cavity of the blowning form. Then a gas stream under a controlled pressure is forced to go out from the end part of the counter-rod. At that the gas stream mainly is directed to the bottom end of the hollow body formed by blowing so, that to facilitate its separation from the bottom of the forming plane. The technical result of utilization of the method is provision of a possibility to conduct the differentiated heating of the cylindrical wall of the preliminary formed billet, and on the stage of blowing of the asymmetric container, in which a position of the billet bottom and the container is precisely set and kept absolutely strictly during the whole phase of blowing.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a possibility to conduct the differentiated heating of the cylindrical wall of the preliminary formed billet and while blowing of the asymmetric container to keep the position of the billet bottom and the container absolutely strictly.
