FIELD: automatization of production processes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatization of processes of charging parts into working zone of production machines. New design of vibration exciter of nonharmonic vibrations enlarges sphere of existing of controlled modes of operation of vibratory system under parametric resonance conditions and provides possibility of adjusting and re-adjusting devices and increasing capacity of vibrating chute. For this purpose chute is secured on reactive mass by flat springs for rolling. Nonharmonic vibration exciter is made in form of electromagnet and armature. Vibrating chute is provided also with chute direction connected with delay element two supply sources, one of which is connected with first input of thyristor switch whose second input is connected with delay element Nonharmonic vibration exciter is furnished with second electromagnet and second armature. Both electromagnets are cross type, and two armatures interacting with electromagnets are rigidly secured on chute with displacement relative to poles of cores of electromagnets. Chute direction pickup is connected with second supply source and is made in form of interconnected mechanical part and logic element. One electromagnet and vibration exciter armature to provide electromagnetic constant rigidity of chute suspension are used as mechanical part, and logic element is made to control modes of operation of vibrating chute and to provide its nonharmonic vibrations. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of vibrating chute. 1 dwg
