FIELD: mining industry, reinforcement of mine workings with anchors. SUBSTANCE: cable anchor comprises collection of twisted cable wire strands, coupling to link ends of strands to stem, bearing members, head of anchor near hole bottom. It includes limiters of radial movement of cable wire strands which come in the form of spiral that passes through cable wire strands and twines round strands for their relative movement. Head of anchor carries screw with helical line opposite to winding of spiral. EFFECT: increased slope of load characteristic of anchor at initial period after its fixing, enhanced quality and reliability of anchor fixing. 2 dwg
