FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for strengthening edge massif of mine excavations of various purposes performed and maintained under complicated mining conditions. The cable anchor consists of a load carrying cable inserted into a borehole to interact with a hardening material and walls of the borehole; a tail part of which is situated in an axial aperture of a support cable box, where a bushing with a conic surface transformed into a cylinder one envelopes the central strand of the load carrying cable; the bushing is inserted into the cylinder part of the axial aperture of the support cable box, on the exterior threaded surface of which there are assembled a foundation nut, a sealing device in form of a cylinder shape pusher, an elastic bushing, a plug with an aperture for pressurising of hardening material and a back valve. It is equipped with a guiding tube, through which the tail part of the load carrying cable passes, with an air withdrawal pipe, with a placement nut, with a pusher cartridge; the guiding tube is installed pressure tight in a circular groove of the face of the cable support box; the cable support box props the pusher cartridge by means of the foundation nut; the pusher envelopes the guiding tube and props the face of the elastic bushing; the elastic bushing is placed on the surface of the guiding tube and is propped with its opposite end into the end of a steel bushing; the steel bushing is secured on the guiding tube; a pipe envelopes the central strand of the load carrying cable in the guiding tube; exterior strands of the load carrying cable together with the air withdrawal pipe are arranged on the surface of the said pipe; the air withdrawal pipe together with exterior strands of the load carrying cable envelopes the conic bushing and pressure tight passes through the aperture in the plug; the plug is fastened to the face of the support cable box by means of the placement nut screwed below the foundation nut; the aperture for pressurising hardening material in the plug from the interior side is shut off with the back valve of a leaf type installed between the nut and the support cable box; from the exterior side the aperture is tied with a quick-split connection by means of the pipe for pressurising hardening material; the quick split connection in its turn is tied with a pressurising sleeve. The aperture in the plug for air withdrawal pipe has a terraced shape with a threaded part, into which a fitting is screwed, the fitting props a packing ring; the end of the air withdrawal pipe and a bit of the choke are arranged in the axial aperture of the fitting; the bit of the choke is connected with the fitting so as to close the aperture of the air withdrawal pipe with the bit.
EFFECT: invention facilitates controlling air withdrawal, simplifying design of pressurising device and decreasing its diameter.
