FIELD: fluidics; water heating and hot-water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: plant has gas-fluid jet device with nozzle and mixing chamber, combustion chamber with its outlet connected to inlet of nozzle of gas-fluid jet device, heat consuming system, and separator; outlet of gas-fluid jet device is connected to separator and heat consuming system communicates with separator fluid outlet on its coolant inlet side and to fluid medium inlet of gas-fluid jet device. Combustion chamber is formed by set of nozzles including water nozzle, air nozzle, and fuel nozzle to organize combustion zone in combustion chamber and in nozzle of gas- fluid jet device; water nozzle is annular structure with water fed along nozzle wall of gas-fluid jet device with steam-water shielding layer formed along wall of the latter; heat consuming system is connected in addition to water nozzle of combustion chamber on its coolant outlet side. Other design alternative is characterized in that exhaust gases are passed from combustion chamber first to turbines and only after them, to gas- fluid jet device nozzle.
