FIELD: medicine, histochemistry. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out evaluation of NADPH2- diaphorase enzymatic activity due to treatment of tested preparation with tetrasolium salts solutions at the presence of NADPH2 after keeping the preparation in 4%-aqueous neutral formalin solution for 10 min. Moreover, one should conduct complex of histochemical reactions including additional evaluation of conjunction in functioning catalytic enzymatic centers during NBT-test due to dyeing preparation for 30 min in 0.2%-nitroblue tetrazolium in buffered physiological solution (pH=7.4) and detecting nitrites due to keeping preparation in freshly prepared Griss' reagent for 30 min at 37 C. As for activity and functional state of nitrogen oxide synthetase they should be determined photometrically according to cellular content of cytochemical reactions products to nitrites and diformasane. The present innovation provides higher accuracy in evaluating functional state and activity of nitrogen oxide synthetase in concrete cells to solve diagnostic and research tasks. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 7 dwg, 4 ex
