FIELD: atomic and nuclear physics for many industries to solve problems of metering parameters of bodies and surrounding fields. SUBSTANCE: principally new method for acting upon physical and chemical properties of bodies to control their natural interactions is based on using available data bank of spectral characteristics of periodic table elements. This is attained due to introducing dimensionless parameter γ, unknown earlier into laws of mechanics which binds space, time, as well as chemical composition, physical and chemical properties and thermodynamic state of material together. It depends only on value of main quantum number and dictates body trajectory as function of pressure and absolute temperature. Dimensionless parameter γ is quantum parameter. According to this parameter electrons of body atoms are exposed to resonance by external quantized electromagnetic radiation whose strength is sufficient to allow transfer of microparticles in atoms and nuclei from one group of stable orbits to another without fusion and fission of body nuclei. EFFECT: enhanced precision of controlling intraatomic and intranuclei processes.
