FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: energy source is hydrogen in which maximum quantity of molecules are in orthoform. Such hydrogen is used to produce pellets which are cooled down to temperature approaching absolute zero and spin-polarized. Then they are conveyed to reaction chamber core and bombarded by slightly focused beams of polarized protons and electrons of minimal possible size in direction of their motion; electrons and protons are polarized in same way as in hydrogen pellets and their motion towards axes of their revolution is ensured. Beam particles are arranged so that their axes of revolution are parallel to those of protons and electrons in pellets and then they are accelerated. When electrons are used, they can be polarized in opposition to those in hydrogen pellets at the same time ensuring that they move perpendicular to axes of revolution of electrons in pellets. During collision of beam particles with pellet particles the latter are destroyed which is accompanied by energy release. Process is implemented in plant that has desired units for initiating, conducting and controlling the reaction. Desired energy is produced from hydrogen pellets. EFFECT: improved efficiency and environmental friendliness of process and plant. 5 cl, 33 dwg
