FIELD: cosmonautics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to control of spacecraft using fine substance, for example, lunar dust—regolith during interorbital maneuver. During the maneuver, dust is removed from the region of the orbit of the Moon into a parabolic or hyperbolic transfer orbit having common points with the orbit of the spacecraft. In these points, extended dust plumes are formed, which act on the surface of the screen integrated with the spacecraft at a given angle to it. Plume is formed by the vector of relative speed of the spacecraft and the device initiating the plume. Speed of the spacecraft is changed as a result of transmitting part of the plume pulse to it. By selection of said orbits and their common points, spacecraft speed change value and direction are provided, corresponding to change of required parameters (in particular, altitude and/or inclination) of spacecraft orbit. Close to elastic collision of dust particles with screen is provided by partial electrostatic braking of particles by screen field.

EFFECT: enlarging the range of spacecraft orbits permissible for interorbital maneuver, broader capabilities of maneuvering to change parameters of spacecraft orbits, as well as reducing undesirable scattering of dust particles.
