FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and may be used to prepare and distribute fodder mixtures based on concentrated fodders. The unit comprises a hopper installed on a mobile frame at the angle of 25-30° to the horizon with a longitudinal auger arranged longitudinally in a semi-tubular jacket and equipped with cutting elements. The gap between turns of auger and the jacket makes not more than 8 mm. The auger is equipped with knives fixed with the help of bolts on brackets welded to the auger shaft between turns at the distance of one third of the turn pitch from the non-working side of the turn. In the upper part of the hopper at its one side there is a discharge window covered with a gate with a drive from a hydraulic cylinder. In the zone of the discharge window the knives are placed at the distance between traces of neighboring knives equal to 30-40 mm. Long sides of knives have bores. Holes are made at two ends of knives.

EFFECT: unit provides for high-quality grinding and mixing of loose fodders.
