FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out X-ray endovascular occlusion of inconsistent left ovarian vein. Gianturco spiral is built-in into its lumen to make occlusion. Delivery catheter is rotated about its axis concurrently with spiral implantation giving compact form to the spiral to be implanted. Sclerosing agent solution is introduced into the vein lumen for making its occlusion and contrast union structure is formed with small quantity of contrasting agent introduced for forming the union. Next portion of the sclerosing agent is pushed out from catheter lumen when pulling catheter. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 4 cl, 5 dwg
