FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology and neurology. Method comprises performing ultrasound inspection of heart, including contrast echocardiography (C-EchoCG) with contrasting of right cardiac chambers. When performing C-EchoCG, method includes further alternating provocative functional stress tests, which are discontinued upon detecting valley penetration of portion contrast micro-bubbles from right atrium into systemic circulation. Method also incudes two-dimensional ultrasound inspection of central veins and determining practicability of performing procedure for occluder closing of open oval window of interatrial septum by patient with migraine, in which in during ech contrast, valley penetration of portion contrast micro-bubbles from right atrium into systemic circulation is detected, and during two-dimensional ultrasound inspection of central veins, spontaneous echo contrasting is detected in one of them.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of determining expediency of closing open oval window and thereby improving effects of treatment of patients.
