FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for microsurgical treatment of tubal sterility in women. On anastomosed ends of Fallopian tube single-row microsurgical suture is applied. Single-row adapting microsurgical suture of Fallopian tube is applied with seizure of only serous-muscular-submucous layers of wall, without seizing mucous membrane. Needle is punched through serous-muscular-submucous layers from one anastomosed tube end to another, and after that in opposite direction only through serous membrane, forming perpendicularly located to cut stitch, obtaining knot on the side of distal tube end.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve precision adaptation of sutured histologically homogeneous wall layers and Fallopian tube lumen restoring its integrity and patency.
