Two cylindrical sleeves are mounted in perforated base between its side surfaces, in attachment device arrangement zone. Cylindrical sleeves are positioned in single axis of symmetry perpendicular to base side surfaces. Sleeves are rigidly secured to base by means of rivet-type retainer extending through internal openings of sleeves and through openings in base side surfaces at sleeve ends. Implant may be used for performing osteosynthesis operation. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 3 dwg
