FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery, and can be used in plasty of through defects of maxillofacial area. Two full-layer autotransplants on feeding pedicles are cut out. Edge of the first flap is sewn to the edge of the second flap. Lining is created from free cutaneous uatotransplant which is sewn to adipose or periosteal surface. Cutaneous autotransplant is fixed with pressing bandage for 10-12 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simultaneously eliminate vast subtotal through defects of maxillofacial area, reduce plasty duration, reduce correction in the process of defect restoration.
