FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying massage and therapeutic action to human organism by combining heat, light and mechanical waves being represented by sequential and parallel combinations of modulated sole waves of 0.005 to 0.1 m wavelength propagating over human body at 0.01 to 12 m/s speed. The sole waves are formed on human body due to separate heat vibrators connected to each other with controllable links pulsating and treating the human body with temperature from 0 to 90 C, specific pressure from 0,5×105 to 4×105 Pa and shift force of 0.1 to 100 N. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of medical and sportive massage; increased peripheral blood circulation; improved rheological blood properties; activated metabolism processes. 4cl, 4 dwg
