FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: means is dense pressed medicament containing active agent. The active agent is associated with liposomes or like particle carrier. The dense pressed solid medicament has practically isotropic structure in solid state and is suitable for producing inhaled particles. To produce the dense pressed solid medicament, liposomes are mixed with auxiliary substance and then the product is molded by applying isostatic pressure of 50 to 500 Mpa. Particles introduceable into lungs by blowing in or inhaling are released from compressed solid medicament by its micronization or abrasion.
