FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: in the process of performing organ- -conserving stomach operation erythromycin is administrated intravenously by drops in the dose 100 mf before onset of antacid step of operation. In post-operative period erythromycin is administrated intravenously by drops in the dose 100 mg per 200 ml of 0.9% NaCl, twice for 24 h for 5 days. For the next 5 days erythromycin is administrated in tablets by 100 mg, 2 times per 24 h. Method ensures to prevent motorevacuator disorders of stomach functions. Invention can be used for correction of gastroparesis after organ-conserving stomach operations. EFFECT: improved method of correction. 2 tbl, 2 ex
