FIELD: medicine, surgical gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out manometry of small intestine, moreover, one should inject 100 mg erythromycin intravenously for a patient followed by registering a tensogram 30 min later to evaluate contractile activity, stimulated with a pharmacological preparation. At the value of average amplitude of phase waves of pressure being 50 mm mercury column and higher one should state upon compensated stage of affected contractile function of small intestine. At values of the amplitude ranged 300-49 mm mercury column - subcompensated form. At average amplitude up to 29 mm mercury column one should detect decompensated stage. If average amplitude of pressure waves after stimulation being above average amplitude before stimulation one should detect the availability of compensatory abilities of intestinal wall. Such diagnostics along artificial stimulation of contractile apparatus of small intestine enables to reduce the time for investigation and predict compensatory abilities of the organ in question.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
