SUBSTANCE: polymeric composition comprises the following components, wt.-%: copolymer of N-vinyl-pyrrolidone with alkylacrylate with intrinsic viscosity value from 0.2 to 0.7 dl/g and nitrogen content from 2 to 2 weight %, 1.0-10.0; iodine, 0.5-7.0; ethyl alcohol as solvent, the balance. Composition ensures to reduce drying time of cover, enhance its resistance to wound exudates up to 2-3 days, prolong antibacterial effect time. Invention can be used in preoperative treatment of skin integument and in treatment of wound surfaces of operation and traumatic wounds.
