FIELD: mixing paint-and-varnish materials in reservoirs having narrow necks. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with rotation drive engageable with actuating mechanism made in form of hollow cylindrical housing with fins on its external surface and springloaded folding blades arranged between fins; it is also provided with cutting teeth on end surface and changeable attachments in form of impeller and brush mounted in turn in inner cavity of cylindrical housing. Device makes it possible to separate layer of deposit from bottom and to mix it with remaining material to obtain homogeneous mass. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 6 dwg
