FIELD: machine engineering, metal cutting with use of special drills, reamers, broaches. SUBSTANCE: sleeve includes body, sleeve itself mounted with possibility of rotation and carrying cuttings limiters. In order to enhance working efficiency and to increase useful life period of cutting tool, sleeve is provided with stop in the form of flange with petals whose configuration corresponds to that of cutting tool grooves. Said stop is secured to lower end of movable member of sleeve coaxially relative to it. Upper end of petals is in the form of helical surface; lower cone end of petals has cutting edge. Said stop and stationary member of sleeve have protrusions in the form of segments arranged concentrically. EFFECT: enhanced working efficiency, increased useful life period of cutting tool. 2 dwg
