FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises a casing with a centring element, made as a bush from antifriction material, a cutting part and a transporting part with chip grooves. The bush is installed on the outer surface of the transporting part and is made with the wall thickness equal to the difference of radii of the cutting and transporting parts and with the wall thickness tolerance providing for a gap between the outer surfaces of the cutting part and the bush. Adjacent surfaces of the bush and the cutting part are made as a gearing. Cuts opening the chip grooves are made at the bush end opposite to the cutting part. A nut interacting with the butt face of the bush end is installed on the outer casing surface.
EFFECT: reduction of tooling material consumption, of power consumption for cutting, improved efficiency and quality of machining.
