FIELD: protection systems. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection of vehicles and immovable property from unauthorized use. User's stationary telephone set, cellular radio telephone and operator's desk of paging communication network are installed outside object under protection and also data processing subsystem connected with above-indicated devices and also with external sources of information provided with server and data storage unit is furnished. Transponder is carried by user. Data remote readout unit to read out data from transponder, cellular mobile communication system module, paging communication receiver and unit to control functional members are mounted on vehicle or object under protection. Additional controller and corresponding indicator are provided for control unit. Data processing server and mobile communication cellular network devices in proposed system enlarged class of algorithms used to form control instructions for object functional members and provide flexible adjustment of algorithms to suit desired purposes.
