External source of digital cartgraphine base and specialized software are connected with mobile cellular communication network. User keeps carrier of fragments of digital cartgraphic base and unit of digital processing and displaying cartgraphic and semantic information coupled with cellular telephone data input/output unit, these units being coupled with indicated external supply sources.
