SUBSTANCE: system includes the on-board part and the portable part having the possibility of making dynamic identification dialogs of limited duration. The on-board unit of the information-and-security system includes the central information unit that receives the signals from the sensors, generates control signals and feeds them to the functional units of the vehicle. Also included in the on-board unit are: the object controller connected to the central control unit, the object receiver-transmitter module, the text message and melody storage unit and the telephone number storage unit; the random number generator; the number transformation object unit; the comparator unit. The additional input of the object controller is connected to the output of the random number generator; the first additional output - to the random number generator input, the second one - to the input of the number transformation object unit, the third one - to the first input of the comparator unit. The second input of the latter is connected to the output of the number transformation object unit, the output - to the additional input of the central control unit. The portable part of the system includes the cell phone, which includes the phone transmitter-receiver module actualised to have the possibility of data exchange through standard or mobile communication with the object transmitter-receiver module, and the phone controller connected to the phone transmitter-receiver module. One of the outputs of the phone controller is connected to a display, one of the inputs - to the output of the control command generation unit whose first input is connected to a keypad, the second input - to the output of the telephone module of number transformation whose input is connected to the output of the telephone transmitter-receiver module.

EFFECT: enhancing the cryptographic stability of the mobile communication cell network radio channel between the user and the on-board part of the information-and-security system.
