FIELD: mechanical engineering; fastening of glass panels. SUBSTANCE: proposed device for fastening panel 1 in aperture of frame 2 of luggage shelf 3 has support section 4 with two relatively perpendicular slots formed by flange, webs, one of which is support-type, and bridges, and locking section 5 with framework. Corrugated surfaces on webs are used for relative engagement. One of webs of locking section is tightly pressed to surface of panel. Lap joining of frame cornice and panel is separated by support web located in bridge plane limiting depth of locking slot. Two other webs of support section are arranged between end face of panel and frame for wedging by locking section. EFFECT: improved reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
