FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fuels for middle-high-speed diesel engines and boiler plants for use under heavy-duty conditions of Extreme North and Far East. Process consists in preparation, heating, and column fractionation of petroleum to produce gasoline fraction. When performing heating all amount of starting petroleum, the latter is subjected to anti- structuring vibration treatment in magnetic field. Gasoline fraction is recovered using atmospheric vacuum distillation within a boiling range from boiling point to 120 C-150 C, whereas flash temperature of motor fuel and fuel oil are elevated. To the entire rest of petroleum after isolation of gasoline fraction is added multifunctional reagent possessing depressor, detergent and dispersant, anti-coking, and anticorrosive properties, which converts petroleum rest into desired motor fuel or fuel oil. Process of invention enables wasteless processing of petroleum, extends fraction composition, increases yield of desired product by 1.8-2.9 times. Operation temperature of product is lowered from 5-20 C to -40 to - 50 C. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency and improved low-temperature characteristics of fuels. 3 cl, 3 tbl
