FIELD: metallurgy; production of hot-rolled strips from super-low-carbon steel at high drawing properties for cold stamping. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes making super-low-carbon steel with sulfur and nitrogen admixtures which is alloyed by titanium, followed by hot rolling and cooling. Content of components of steel satisfies the following relationship: Ti(4.C + 3.43.N + 1.5.S) = 1 to 1.5. Rolling is completed at temperature of 885-915 C, cooling is performed to temperature of 685- 715 C, after which strips are subjected to skin rolling at cogging to 0.8- 1.2%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 tbl, 1 ex
