FIELD: thermosensitive alloys for manufacture of thermosensitive components used in fire-fighting process; mining industry for unsealing blind sections in air ducts. SUBSTANCE: proposed copper-based alloy possesses form memory effect and contains the following components, mass-%: aluminum, 9.5- 12.2; antimony, 0.1-8.0; lead, 0.1-3.0; iron, 0.1-2.0 and the remainder being copper. Proposed alloy possesses property of self-breaking under action of temperature at enhanced accuracy of breaking temperature at the end of reverse martensite transformation and abrupt break of alloy at preset degree of deformation. EFFECT: low cost; enhanced efficiency. 1 tbl
