SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to production of high-strength martensitic aging steels, intended for production of parts used in rocket engineering, nuclear power engineering, aircraft engineering, as well as in production of parts and units operating at high and low negative temperatures, having high plasticity and viscosity, along with high strength. Steel contains, wt. %: carbon ≤0.008, silicon ≤0.1, manganese ≤0.1, sulfur ≤0.005, phosphorus ≤0.005, nickel 17.7–19.0, cobalt 8.5–9.5, molybdenum 4.6–5.5, titanium 0.7–0.9, aluminum ≤0.15, chromium ≤0.30, copper ≤0.30, magnesium 0.04, cerium 0.05, boron 0.002, the rest is iron and unavoidable impurities, including oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen.

EFFECT: ensuring required mechanical properties of steel.
