FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for building repairing of permanent way and it can be used in continuous- action ballasting machines. Proposed device mounted on frame of track machine contains vibroplate installed for displacement by hydraulic cylinder in horizontal plane and connected with bracket by torsion bar. Device is made in form of frame with uprights and crossmembers inside which vertical guide rods are rigidly installed and suspension system is arranged by means of which said frame is secured on frame of track machine. Hydraulic cylinder installed in upper crossmember provides displacement of frame relative to suspension system in vertical direction. Suspension system is made in form of parallelogram mechanism consisting of horizontal frame and two tie-rods. Each tie-rod is hinge coupled, respectively, by one end to track machine frame, and by other end, to frame of parallelogram mechanism. Said hydraulic cylinder designed for displacement of vibroplate in horizontal plane is hinge-coupled by eyes of rod space to one of tie-rods and by eyes of piston space, to frame of track machine, respectively. Bracket mentioned above is rigidly secured in lower part of one of frame uprights. Bracket is provided hole coaxial with hole made in vibroplate. Torsion bar is placed in housing with cover and is secured by spline joints in housing cover, by one end, and in cup, by other end. Cup is installed in coaxial holes. EFFECT: improved reliability in operation and ballast consolidation quality. 4 dwg
