FIELD: cryogenic facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in cryogenic equipment for maintaining vacuum by absorption of molecules of gases from closed volumes. Proposed pump has double-wall container, drain and filler pipelines, multiple-layer vacuum thermal insulation and screen arranged in interwall space. Adsorbent is in contact with outer surface of inner wall of container. Screen is provided with spiral channel connected at one end with vapor volume of container and at other end, with drain pipeline, screen being arranged in layers of thermal insulation. Perforations and protective lips over perforation holes at both sides of screen are made between channel coils. Additional adsorbent is secured on screen. EFFECT: improved pumping characteristics owing to increased efficiency of thermal protection. 1 dwg
