FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for maintaining vacuum by absorption of molecules of gases in closed volumes. Proposed pump has heat-insulated double-wall container. Adsorbent is pressed to surface of inner wall by perforated envelope. Said envelope is made flexible and corrugated. Layer of electric insulating material featuring high thermal resistance is applied to surface of inner wall. Heater is made in form of current-conducting film applied to electric insulating layer.
